LiveBy Local is a tool built specifically for real estate agents. The tool has two components - the Market Report and the Community Guide. The Market Report answers the question “What does the market look like in this specific area, neighborhood, city or zip code?” The Community Guide answers the question “What is it like to live in this community? What are the schools, restaurants, and local businesses like?” It’s up to an agent’s own creativity for how they might decide to use the tool itself i.e. *Hand them out at a showing *Post charts from the Market Report to social media *Email them to prospects
