How is List to Price Ratio calculated?

For LiveBy Local, the list to price ratio is based on the original list price, if it's available as a specific field in the MLS. If not, current/final list price is used.

Other criteria:

• Sale to list price is a median
• Only includes listings between $15,000 - $100M
• If the sale to list price ratio is below 70% or above 125%, we do not include in the median
