How often is the market report data updated?

LiveBy refreshes its regional MLS data every three hours.

Within the Market Report, the data spans two different time frames

    1. Data current as of when the report was generated

    2. Data relative to the last completed month.

Data under the “Statistics: Current Market” section of the report (Homes for Sale, Homes Under Contract, Median List Price, High Price, Low Price) is current as of the moment the report was generated. All other data in the report is relative as of the last completed month.

While data for each preceding month should then be available by the 1st of the current month, we allow a grace period of 5 days. i.e. June's data would not be available until July 5th.
