By default, the Market Reports are based on Residential listings made up of Single Family Residences, Townhouses, and Condominiums. This includes both Active and Active Under Contract listing status.
Exclusions to these listings include:
- Any price below $15,000 and above $100M will not be included in calculating list price statistics
- Any property on the market for more than 300 days will not be included in the days on market calculations.
- A property that has square feet less than 200 or more than 40,000 will not be included in the price per square feet calculations.
However, you do have the ability to filter the Market Reports by a specific listing type.
