The Market Reports showcase several charts that are broken down by price category; however, it is not currently possible to filter the report data entirely by price range.
LiveBy uses the List Price from all active listings within the boundary shape. We pass those into an algorithm that tries to generate 11 different price bands where the middle few bands will ideally represent the middle of the market prices.
If the client disagrees that these ranges are not the best representations for a certain area, they can provide 11 price ranges that better match area listings.
