Can I adjust the dates for a Market Report?

At this time, we can not adjust the time frames of the reports. Within the Market Report, the data spans two different time frames: (1) data current as of when the report was generated and (2) data relative to the last completed month. Data under the “Statistics: Current Market” section of the report (Homes for Sale, Homes Under Contract, Median List Price, High Price, Low Price) is current as of the moment the report was generated. All other data in the report is relative as of the last completed month.
