LiveBy neighborhood boundaries are proprietary and are mapped out based on top official sources such as local city, county governments, and state governments, as well as credible and widely used trusted real estate sources such as Realtor, Redfin, Zillow, and Remax. Our community boundaries are mapped out by official government sources such as the US Census Bureau & county/city/state governments. Oftentimes times these boundaries are also verified with Google Maps boundaries since Google uses the same sources for their community boundaries as well.
