Can I run a report for a specific listing type?

Yes, the default setting is for all residential property types. However, you have the ability to segment the Market Reports by Single Family Residences, Condominiums, or Townhouses.

To filter a specific listing type, open the community market report you are wanting to customize and you will see a "All Property Types" dropdown that you can select from.
