How do I update my profile photo?

To edit your LiveBy Local profile, click on the down arrow next to the image icon in the upper right corner of your screen and select (Profile).

Here you can upload your photo, edit your name, phone number, website and email address that you want displayed on your account.

BE SURE THE IMAGE FILE IS NAMED YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME!

(note; the maximum size allowed for photo upload is 4 Megabites and must use a JPEG, JPG or PNG file Extention)

LiveBy automatically crops agent profile images into a circle, so we recommend using a square image with the agent’s face or logo centered.

Recommended image specifications:

Aspect ratio: 1:1 square
Minimum size: 400 × 400 px
Ideal size: 1024 × 1024 px or larger for the best quality on high-resolution displays

It also helps to leave some padding around the edges of the image so important details, such as the top of the agent’s head or parts of a logo, are not cut off by the circular crop.
